Tantra

Tantra Shamanic Essence is an inspiration that comes from my own experience on the Tantra Path, from my meditation practice, deep connection with nature, and from the indigenous wisdom of the Andes Mountains, where I was born.

After experiencing those paths for more than 18 years, I began to feel a longing to bring together Asian traditions, Tantra and meditation with the native cosmos-vision regarding life, death, love, cycles of nature and the Great Spirit.

This is where Tantra Shamanic Essence was created. In my experience, within nature, all is one, and at some point on my path, I realized that ancestral traditions from Asia and The Americas are essentially similar in this understanding.

SOME CLARIFICATION ABOUT TANTRA

What is Tantra?

Tantra, as you may know, is mostly associated with sexuality, and conscious sexuality is amazing when you can live it in a natural way. However, Tantra is so much more. It is a vast journey from our roots to our heart, and from our heart to the Super-Consciousness.

Tantra is an art, a science, a spiritual path and a lifestyle. It is a path of transformation with roots going back to shamanic traditions and the origins of yoga. It is a path of expansion, embracing all facets of life. Unlike some other traditions, Tantra accepts sexual energy and may use it as a route to higher consciousness – but that is just one facet among many.

In Sanskrit, Tantra means to weave, to transform through methods, and to transform poison into nectar. The basic concept of this life approach is that each human being is a reflection of the entire cosmos. By entering inside one’s own subjective being with a witnessing consciousness, all aspects of the body / mind and emotions are revealed in their refined potential. The refined potential of every human being is divine. Therefore, in Tantra, the whole person is accepted as divine.

When Tantra is inspired by the natural order, we become innocent in our body-feeling-mind, dropping the negative imprints of our body-feelings. Those old imprints have been affecting our behaviours and how we relate with ourselves and others.

It is here, where the Power of Nature can heal our spirit, allowing us to reclaim the native cosmo-vision to live freely, alive and ‘In Dignity’ (In-Digenous), as many Tribes were and are still living today.

Living Tantra Shamanic Essence in daily life means the art of living joyfully, gratefully and with awareness in our daily lives, even in the midst of the craziness of our modern cities. It is the art of being attuned to our inner nature cycles, and external cycles as well. It is about returning to the innate sensitivity of our younger selves, and in doing this, recovering self-connection and the capacity to be sensitive, powerful, full of aliveness and vulnerable again.

Meditation is the art of being present. The Tantra path requires daily meditation in order to develop the capacity to live in a constant present state, as nature intended. This state is effortless because it is our true nature.
